Service is okay but inventory is hit or miss sometimes. If you call ahead, it helps, but don't expect them to always have popular items.

Mostly great experience overall
Solid place for tool rentals. Dropped a star because the lobby was a bit busy and I waited 20 mins, but the equipment worked fine.
