The mechanics know their stuff, but I had to call them three times to get an update on my vehicle status. Work was done well though.

Always bring my Camry to Arlington Toyota. Elena in the service department is fantastic. She is transparent about what needs to be done and never pushes unnecessary repairs on me.

Mixed feelings on the pricing
Service was good but the cost for basic maintenance is getting pretty high compared to other local shops. Might look elsewhere next time.

Great car but finance was slow
Love my new Toyota! The sales floor team was awesome but the finance office was backed up so we had to wait a while to finalize the numbers.
