I had an appointment but still waited over an hour just to drop my keys off. The service guys seemed totally overwhelmed and lost.

Horrible communication, avoid
I've tried calling multiple times to check on my repair and get no answer. My car has been there a week and I have no idea when it'll be done.

Terrible service department
Took my Jeep in for a simple recall and they kept it for three days without updating me. I had to call them just to find out anything.
