They were late
The gear was fun but they arrived over an hour late for setup, which ruined our party schedule. No apology was offered by the staff at all.

Terrible customer experience
Never showed up for our scheduled party. Left us hanging with 20 kids and no water slide. They didn't even answer their phones. A total disaster.
