Called to check on parts for my DB11 and was treated like a nuisance. Absolutely not the level of service I expect for a brand like this. Very disappointed.

I tried to order parts for my older model and the staff was arrogant and unhelpful. There are plenty of better shops around that appreciate customer business.

Beautiful facility and great cars, but I felt like I was ignored for a while when I walked in. Once someone helped me, the service was okay.
