Walked in with a weird connectivity issue on my Samsung. Dave checked the settings and fixed it in minutes. Didn't even try to sell me extra junk I didn't need. These guys are honest and efficient.

Needed to update my plan and get a new iPhone. Sarah helped me pick out a case too. The wait was only ten minutes. Only knock is the parking lot is a bit tight but the service was solid.

Came in for a screen protector and ended up chatting about new data plans. Mike was super knowledgeable and patient with my questions. Whole process took twenty minutes. Will come back here for my next upgrade.

stood at the counter for twenty minutes and no one even said hello. felt like i was invisible. finally walked out because i had errands to run. dont think they care about walk in business at all.
