Not great communication
Drove out there after they said the car was ready, but when I arrived they hadn't even detailed it yet. Frustrating when they don't value my time.

Very helpful staff
Nice selection of vehicles in Orlando. The staff was very professional and helped me get the best deal on my trade-in. Overall a very good experience.
