Service appointment was fine, but they kept me waiting in the lobby for way too long. The work on my car was correct, but communication needs improvement.

Good car but long wait
Love my new Audi. The car is perfect, but the paperwork took a little longer than expected on a busy Saturday. Other than that, everything was fine.

Audi Orange Park is great
The atmosphere here is very professional. I never felt rushed or pushed into anything. Definitely the best Audi dealership in Jacksonville.
