Best Audi shop in town
I had a mysterious rattling sound in my Audi. Mike diagnosed it immediately and had the parts in stock to fix it same-day. Great shop.

Extremely disappointed with service delay
I dropped my car off at 8 AM for a simple light repair. They kept me waiting for six hours without a single update. Terrible communication and customer care.

Dropped off my car for an oil change. They were efficient and the waiting area was comfortable with great coffee and Wi-Fi.

Overcharged and did not fix it
Brought in my car for a cooling system check. They charged me for a full inspection and part replacement, but the car overheated on the way home. Absolute nightmare.
