The car is great, but the service department is always busy. Hard to get a loaner vehicle, which is a pain when you have a long repair.

Nice showroom and helpful staff
Looked at the new Q5. The salesperson was very knowledgeable but the pricing negotiations felt a bit pushy. Eventually got a fair deal.

Avoid service department
They had my car for a week for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got it back, they hadn't even washed it. Poor communication.
