Total bait and switch. Advertised a clean SUV online, but when I showed up, it was already sold and they tried pushing a totally different, overpriced sedan on me. Waste of my morning.

Bought a reliable commuter car. The staff was helpful and didn't pressure me too much. Knocking off a star because the car wasn't detailed as well as I hoped.

They promised my trade-in value would be a certain amount, then changed the numbers when I got to the desk. Felt like a scam from start to finish. Avoid.

These guys are pros. They explained every part of the loan agreement clearly. No confusing jargon or hidden charges. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle.
