The car is great, but the wait times were pretty rough. Spent way too long sitting in the lobby waiting for the final paperwork to be printed. Decent deals though.

Bought a reliable commuter car. The staff was helpful and didn't pressure me too much. Knocking off a star because the car wasn't detailed as well as I hoped.

They promised my trade-in value would be a certain amount, then changed the numbers when I got to the desk. Felt like a scam from start to finish. Avoid.

These guys are pros. They explained every part of the loan agreement clearly. No confusing jargon or hidden charges. I am very satisfied with my new vehicle.
