They lost my extra key and I had to go back three times to get it. They were nice about it but the whole thing was frustrating and disorganized.

Middle of the road
The car is in good shape but the office environment is a little chaotic. Sales team seemed stressed out, but they eventually helped me finish.

It was just okay
Found a car I liked but the negotiation was a bit exhausting. Eventually got to a price we agreed on. The car runs fine but it was a long day.
