They installed a keypad that wouldn't connect to the main system. Had to wait a week for a part. Not impressed.

Good system for the price
The installation went smoothly and they really cleaned up after themselves. Just wish they had more options for remotes.

Never showed up for appointment
Scheduled a service call for the alarm and they ghosted me twice. Waste of a perfectly good afternoon.
