Waited for three hours just to get a simple diagnostic done. They seem very unorganized lately. They lost my paperwork twice while I was there.

The new service manager is very helpful. He made sure my warranty work was covered and got me a loaner car so I didnt miss any work that morning.

Just okay
Had an alignment done. It drives straight now but they didn't wash the car like they usually do. A bit disappointed compared to past visits here.

Exceptional work
The technician diagnosed a weird noise in my steering column that two other shops missed. Fixed it quickly for a fair price. Very grateful for that.

Professional and fast
I was in for routine maintenance and they finished faster than expected. The waiting room was clean and the staff was very pleasant to interact with.
