The guy who helped me seemed pretty overwhelmed. He was polite, but the wait was longer than usual and he struggled to find my order at first.

The service is good but they seem understaffed sometimes. Stood in line for twenty minutes just to pick up a pre-ordered filter. Could be faster.

They make the parts buying process so simple. Just give them the VIN and they find what you need. Really appreciate the level of detail they have.

I’ve been coming here for years and they almost always have common parts on the shelf. Saves me so much downtime on my daily driver.

Mostly good experience here. They have a massive stock of Ford parts. Wait times can be a bit long during lunch hour, but they are very organized.
