Super convenient beach vacation

Good gear but communication was spotty
The pack-n-play worked perfectly for our trip, but it was hard to get a hold of anyone for the return instructions. Once we connected, it went fine though.

Equipment arrived late and dirty
Our gear was delivered four hours late, which ruined our nap schedule, and the stroller was clearly not wiped down from the last user. Very disappointing experience overall.

Missing pieces for our crib
The crib was there, but they forgot the mattress pad we ordered. We had to go out and buy one because we couldn't get ahold of them until the next day.
