Ordered a sectional three weeks ago and it finally showed up with a massive tear on the back cushion. When I called to get the hardware kit to fix the leg, they told me it was backordered indefinitely. Terrible experience.

The delivery crew was on time and very efficient. They assembled the bed frame perfectly and took all the trash with them. Highly recommend.
