Damaged items and poor service
My dresser arrived with a huge crack in the wood. It has been two weeks and they still haven't picked it up or issued a refund.

Mixed results on availability
Nice shop, but half of the items I wanted in the catalog were out of stock. Wish they had more on the floor.

Top-notch furniture and delivery
Delivery guys were on time and very efficient. They assembled my bed frame perfectly. Great experience from start to finish.
