Delivery nightmare, furniture arrived damaged
Waited weeks for our sofa, and when it finally showed up, the frame was cracked. Trying to get a hold of someone to fix it has been impossible.

Poor communication regarding backorders

Hidden fees ruined the deal
The prices on the tag are not what you end up paying. Lots of extra service fees added on at the register that weren't clearly explained upfront.
