Tried to exchange an accessory and the policy is extremely strict. Spent forty minutes just trying to get help from the counter staff.

Quality gear and friendly staff
Nice shop with a solid inventory of kayaks. Only docked a star because they didn't have the specific life vest color I needed, but otherwise great.

Good kayaks but check inventory first
The shop selection was okay but they were out of the specific paddles I wanted to order. Helpful staff but just wish the online stock matched the store.
