I gave them my serial number but they still ordered the wrong seal kit. Had to wait another three days for the right one to arrive.

Decent prices and good inventory

Long wait for simple repair
Dropped off my mower over a week ago and haven't heard a word. I keep calling but they just tell me they are backed up. Frustrating.
