Decent prices and good inventory
Found a nice used rake in stock. The staff helped me load it onto my trailer in just a few minutes. Pretty good experience overall.

Long wait for simple repair
Dropped off my mower over a week ago and haven't heard a word. I keep calling but they just tell me they are backed up. Frustrating.
