waited two weeks for a part and never got a call back. i had to keep calling them to check status. communication could be much better.

i was worried about transport but they delivered it to my driveway the next day. everything looks perfect and they walked me through the charging process.

tons of options on the lot. jim helped me pick out a cart that fits my budget and needs for the beach. he was patient with all my questions.
