Technician was condescending and the price was double what I got quoted elsewhere. They broke a piece of the cover and refused to fix it. Never again.

Kevin was very skilled and knew his stuff about AC units. He arrived about an hour late to the scheduled appointment, but he fixed everything perfectly.

My unit was blowing hot air on a weekend. Kevin showed up and quickly identified the bad fan motor. Had it swapped out fast. Life saver for sure.
