They missed our appointment twice without calling. Finally showed up, but the service was stressful. Tech was okay but the company coordination is totally lacking.

Kevin was very skilled and knew his stuff about AC units. He arrived about an hour late to the scheduled appointment, but he fixed everything perfectly.

My unit was blowing hot air on a weekend. Kevin showed up and quickly identified the bad fan motor. Had it swapped out fast. Life saver for sure.
