They charged a huge service fee just to come out, and then double for the part. The tech was nice but the billing was way higher than I expected.

Kevin was very skilled and knew his stuff about AC units. He arrived about an hour late to the scheduled appointment, but he fixed everything perfectly.

My unit was blowing hot air on a weekend. Kevin showed up and quickly identified the bad fan motor. Had it swapped out fast. Life saver for sure.
