Extremely rude staff. I was ignored for 20 minutes while they talked to their friends. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Won't be back.

Okay shop but hard to find
The location is tricky, but they do decent work. I wish they had a bit more variety in their accessory selection, but for service, they are solid.

Average shop, decent work
The work is generally okay but they are often disorganized. I had to call twice just to check if my bike was ready for pickup.

Great shop but busy on Saturdays
Really happy with the tune-up. They are very skilled, but they get so busy that you might have to drop your bike off rather than wait.

Super knowledgeable and fast
Fixed my derailleur perfectly. It shifts like a dream now. The team is friendly and they really care about getting you back on your bike safely.
