I’ve been here for six months and have zero complaints. Maintenance fixes things within 24 hours. The location is perfect for commuting.

For Hallandale, you really can’t beat the price here. The apartment is updated with nice finishes. Really glad I found this place.

Overall a good experience. The rent is fair for the area. Just wish the visitor parking was a little more spacious for guests.

I enjoy living here, it’s peaceful. The only small issue is the trash collection area can get messy on the weekends.

Absolute disaster. My unit wasn't ready on move-in day, there was trash everywhere, and the management completely ignored my emails for weeks.
