Nice place to live. It’s quiet and clean. Only drawback is the elevators can be a bit slow during the morning rush hour.

For Hallandale, you really can’t beat the price here. The apartment is updated with nice finishes. Really glad I found this place.

Solid apartment choice in Hallandale
Overall a good experience. The rent is fair for the area. Just wish the visitor parking was a little more spacious for guests.

I enjoy living here, it’s peaceful. The only small issue is the trash collection area can get messy on the weekends.

Total nightmare experience with move-in
Absolute disaster. My unit wasn't ready on move-in day, there was trash everywhere, and the management completely ignored my emails for weeks.
