Waited forever
Appt meant nothing. Stood around for an hour just to check my bike in. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. Place is a total mess right now.

Good selection of gear
Found a nice leather jacket in my size. Prices are fair compared to what you see online. Staff was helpful with fitting and suggestions.

Disappointed with service delay
Dropped my bike off for a simple 5k service but it took them a week to even start. Communication was real poor and I had to keep calling for updates.
