The open box item I bought was missing half the parts. When I returned to explain, the guy acted like I was lying about it. Never going back.

Good selection of gear
Stopped in for some new headphones. Found what I needed quickly and the guy at the desk knew his stuff. Parking was a bit of a nightmare though.

Best place in Westbury for electronics. Everyone is always willing to help and they genuinely seem to know a lot about the products they sell.

Decent tech spot
Decent variety of items on the floor. I usually check online first to make sure it is in stock but they are pretty good at keeping it updated.

Great shopping experience
I always find what I need here. They have a really good selection of home office gear. The staff is consistently helpful every time I visit.
