They cancelled our booking an hour before we arrived because of some random mechanical issue. Zero help in finding alternatives.

Too crowded, long wait
We waited over an hour despite having a reservation. Not organized at all. We won't return until they fix their scheduling.

Broken equipment
The jet ski we rented kept stalling out. The staff were nice enough but the equipment clearly needed service before going out.
