Purchased a set of used tires that had a hidden sidewall bulge. They refused to replace them even though they were clearly unsafe.

Wait time was way too long
I had an appointment but still sat there for two hours just for a simple mount and balance. Very disorganized front desk area.

Good quality for the price
The tires are great, but the lobby could use a bit of cleaning. Overall though, it was a solid experience and very helpful staff.
