The mechanic didn't listen to the issue I described and fixed something totally unrelated instead. Wasted money and my bike still isn't fixed right.

Never going back again

Professional and courteous
Dropped off my bike for some suspension work and it was handled professionally. It would be 5 stars if they were open just a bit later on Saturdays.
