dropped my car off for a simple brake job and they had it for four days. no update, no call back. total lack of respect for my time.

reliable local shop
these guys fixed a weird noise in my steering that two other shops missed. knowledgeable mechanics and they do not charge a fortune.

they do decent work but the customer service is a bit hit or miss. sometimes you get helped immediately and sometimes you stand around.
