Had a simple oil change that turned into a three-hour wait. Nobody came out to the lobby to update me on the delay. Very frustrating.

Excellent service department
Took my Nissan in for scheduled maintenance and it was handled efficiently. Nice lounge area and very pleasant staff to deal with.
