Brought my bike in for a standard service and they caused another issue that they refused to fix for free. Extremely disappointing behavior for a dealership of this caliber.

Staff is incredible, especially when it comes to servicing my GS. They know these bikes inside and out and always have the right parts in stock. Never taking my bike anywhere else.

Good experience overall. Brought my bike in for an oil change and tire swap. They were quick, professional, and the price was fair. A bit busy on Saturdays but worth the wait.

My bike sat there for two weeks without anyone calling me about the status. When I finally got it back, the work wasn't finished. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
