i called ahead to test ride a specific model, but when i arrived they had no idea. had to wait an hour just to get a key. poor management.

came in for my first maintenance on my gs. bill the tech was great, walked me through what he did. super clean shop, coffee was hot too.

ok service
got my brakes replaced. work is fine, but they didn't wash the bike like they said they would. small thing, but just expected more.

bad sales experience
tried to look at a new bike but the guy was really pushy. made me uncomfortable so i walked out. not a fan of the high pressure stuff.
