brought my bike in for a scheduled service and it was not ready when promised. no call to update me either. had to chase them down.

came in for my first maintenance on my gs. bill the tech was great, walked me through what he did. super clean shop, coffee was hot too.

ok service
got my brakes replaced. work is fine, but they didn't wash the bike like they said they would. small thing, but just expected more.

bad sales experience
tried to look at a new bike but the guy was really pushy. made me uncomfortable so i walked out. not a fan of the high pressure stuff.
