waited three hours for a simple diagnostic. when i asked what was going on, the service advisor was rude and dismissive. never again.

needed a tire repair and they squeezed me in right away. the technician was knowledgeable and the waiting area was quiet and clean.

brought my x5 in for an oil change. steve was helpful and got me out in record time. he kept me updated on my car status the whole time.
