Mixed results with maintenance
Sometimes they are perfect, sometimes they miss small things like cleaning the floor mats. Great mechanics, just need more attention to detail.

Service wait times are long
Love my BMW, but getting it serviced is a pain. Always a long wait even with an appointment, and they rarely have the parts in stock.
