Terrible customer service after I had already paid. They wouldn't return my calls about a minor issue with the install. Very unprofessional.

Disappointed with the service timeline
My loaner car wasn't ready when promised and they had my car for three days longer than expected for a simple brake job. Not the level of service I expected from BMW.

Extremely frustrated with finance
The finance manager tried to sneak in extra fees after we already agreed on a price. Be very careful and check your paperwork twice.
