I bought a trailer and they promised to call when the title arrived. Never heard from them. I had to call five times to finally get it.

Trailer is okay, had issues
The trailer is solid, but one of the lights came loose on the drive home. Easy enough fix, but shouldn't have happened with a new unit.

Decent inventory but slow service
They have a lot of trailers to choose from, but getting someone to help you is a challenge. We waited 20 minutes before finding a salesperson.
