Brought my Ram in for a recall and they kept it for three days without a single update. When I picked it up, there was a new scratch on the bumper. No one would take responsibility. Very disappointed.

I trust these guys with my car. They are always transparent about what needs to be fixed and they don't try to upsell you on things you don't actually need. Five stars for sure.
