Friendly and efficient
I came in for my 10k mile service. The lobby is nice and they have free coffee. Work was finished in about an hour. Good experience.

Bad experience with service desk
Waited forever to check in and the clerk was rude about my appointment. Had to talk to a manager just to get my oil change started.

They found me exactly the color I wanted for my new car. The delivery was fast and they made sure I knew how to use the infotainment.
