I liked the car I bought but the waiting time was just excessive. Once we started the paperwork it was fine, but the wait was painful.

A bit disorganized today
The staff seemed very overwhelmed. My appointment wasn't honored and I waited an hour just to see someone. The car is fine but service was poor.

Pretty good experience overall
Cars are priced right and the staff knows what they are doing. Just a long wait to get the final paperwork signed, but good service.
