Okay but a bit pricey
The ride itself was nice enough, but it felt a bit rushed once we were in the air. A fun one-time thing, but probably wouldn't pay that price again.

Decent flight but long wait
The ride itself was great and the captain was professional. However, the wait time at the dock was double what they told us. It's a nice experience if you have zero other plans for the day.

Great parasailing trip today

Nice views and safe ride

Ruined our entire afternoon plans
Booked for 2pm and waited over an hour on the dock with no updates from the crew. When I asked about the delay, they were dismissive and rude. Total waste of time and money, skip it.

Great views and good staff

Very unprofessional staff today
Showed up for our slot and they said they were closed for maintenance even though they let us book online. No call, no email. Very poor communication.

Way too much waiting around
The actual flight was fine but the process to get out there was disorganized. We spent way more time sitting on the boat waiting for other groups than actually parasailing. Not worth the cost.

Very disorganized check in process
The parasailing was okay but the ground crew was completely unorganized. They couldn't find our reservation and we had to show emails twice. Too stressful for a vacation activity.

Fun time above the water
My kids loved the parasailing. The staff handled the gear safely and explained everything clearly. Just wish the trip back to the dock was a little quicker so we could get on with our day.
