Decent place
Nice shop with some pretty designs. Just okay service during my visit, the person at the counter seemed a bit distracted. Jewelry is good quality though.

Ruined my jewelry
I brought in a ring for a simple resizing and they ended up scratching the band pretty badly. They didn't even offer an apology. Very unhappy.

Unprofessional service

Okay experience

Nice local shop
Had a watch battery replaced here. Friendly service and they did it while I waited. A bit more expensive than the mall but worth supporting local.

Fair prices
They do nice work but the wait time for repairs is longer than they claim. Had to call twice to check the status of my necklace. It's fine though.
