The manager acts like you are an inconvenience whenever you call. Very dismissive and hard to deal with when you have a legitimate issue.

Best park in Starke
Very well managed. They keep the rules enforced so it stays quiet and nice. I have really enjoyed living here for the past two years.

Quiet and clean park
Lived here for a year and it is a peaceful spot. Management is responsive if anything breaks. Great neighbors and well kept grounds.

I have moved around a bit and this is definitely one of the better parks I have stayed in. Management is fair and the park is clean.

No complaints at all
It is a quiet spot, the rent is fair, and the neighbors are respectful. That is all I need. Been here for a while and no plans to move.
